第三步， 在线提交AfA
什么是AfA？
就是Application for Admission
提交这个之前，需要准备好以下资料：
- 最高学历副本
- 研究意向申明书（Statement of Research Intent）
- 雅思或者TOEFL或者TWE成绩，这个要求2年之内的。
- 一份简历
- 需要2份博士推荐信（Doctoral Referee Reports）

第四步，博士申请被批准
第五步， 完成入学
一旦你的申请被批准，你就需要提供原始资料给奥克兰大学，这些包括学历证明等。
学校收到这些资料后，再做一次审核，就会决定给你offer还是拒绝，如果你收到offer，你会被要求登录

然后选择拒绝还是接受这个offer
第六步， 报到
